Hike 1:
Fortified hill village to a freshwater beach. A three to four hour
guided hike from Villa Miela to a fortified village in the hills, famed for its wine and arched stone cellars, and on to a gorgeous freshwater beach where you can swim, relax and enjoy lunch at an off-grid local eatery right on the shore. A relaxingly active day! Option to travel back to Virpazar by boat or kayak.

Grade: easy to moderate - 4-5 hours hiking time.

Hike 2:
The caravan road to Rijeka. Our start point for the day's hike is Komarno, a short car ride from Virpazar. There follows 15kms of hiking past mossy watermills, through lush vegetation by the lake and over stone bridges as you follow an old caravan path which once connected Montenegro's former capital Cetinje, Rijeka Crnojevića, Virpazar and the Albanian town of Skadar. Stunning scenery throughout.

Grade: moderate - 5-6 hours hiking time.

Hike 3:
Explore & Discovery Day. We start with a four hour circular hike from Rijeka C. to eerie Obod bat-cave, stopping at gorgeous natural rock-pools on the way for freshwater swimming and a packed lunch. Back at Rijeka, it's time for a taste of safari as we head off-road across
the plain to Žabljak Crnojevića, a fortified rocky outcrop once the
seat of Montenegro's ruling family before returning to Virpazar and
the southern shores along one of the most scenic roads in Montenegro.

Grade: easy - 5-6 hours hiking time.

Hike 4:
A wander through "Walnut Valley". Early start for a six hour circular hike from Villa Miela, through the streams and forests of Orahovo (Walnut) valley to Dupilo village, stopping on the way for swimming in refreshingly cool rock-pools and a "Partisan lunch" with a local family of cheese, bread, salad and smoked ham, as well as organic wine and brandies! Wild tortoise sightings guaranteed. Option to river-wade our way back down the Orahovistica river.

Grade: moderate - 6 hours hiking time. _______________________________________________________________________________________
